Step 1. First, thinly slice beef then marinate ½ tsp of ground peppers, ½ tsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of soup powder

Step 2. Next, make the mixture of sour and sweet with 2 teaspoon of fish sauce, one spoon of lemon juice, 2 tsp of sugar, 2 tsp of filtered water. Add ground garlic and ground chili then stir well.

Step 3. If you use dried noodles cakes, soak in water to make them tender then boil till done and rinse in the running water, wait until drying

Step 4. Heat the pan, add oil and then minced garlic, stir-fry, add beef into the pan and stir-fry with high heat.

Step 5. Assemble raw vegetables to the serving bowl, then add noodle cakes, sautéed beef, fried peanuts that being ground in halves, scoop heating mixed broth on the top, mix well and enjoy.
