Step 2: Add more oil and heat, add banh pho, chopped onions, then stir them well. Pour sauce mixture into the pan, sauté until being absorbed well the seasons.

Step 1: After buying beef, clean, place into the refrigerator compartment in 1 hour to make it slightly harder. Then take them out, thinly slice, marinate with minced ginger, ¼ teaspoons salt, 1 tsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp peppers, ½ tsp home-cooked alcohol and 1 tsp cooking oil. Tightly cover the beef bowl by the cling-wrap, place to the refrigerator compartment in 15 minutes to be absorbed.

Step 2: Cut off the roots of scallions/spring onions into 7 cm, chop the white top into trips. Cut fresh chives into 7 cm lengths. Remove shells of red shallots, sliced thinly. Discard the bean sprout roots, clean gently under running water then drain. Separate every noodle cake to avoid being sticky.

Heat the pan with a little cooking oil, then add beef, stir-fry quickly in 30 seconds in the high heat, transfer into serving bowl.


Step 3: Clean the pan, heat pan, pour 2 tsp cooking oil, after heating add minced garlic until releasing the fragrance, then add fresh noodle cakes. When noodles are tightly twisted, season 1 tsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp salt, a little peppers and ½ tsp sugar, stir all well. Add bean sprouts, spring onions, red shallots, fresh chives, continue stir-fry well and quickly in the high heat.

Step 4: Finally, add beef to the pan, stir-fry in seconds then turn off the fire, transfer to dish, sprinkle peppers to the top, enjoy while heating.
