- Noodles rolls (banh pho cuon): 500 grams
- Beef: 200 grams
- ½ onion, 1 carrot, 1 Vietnamese brassica, 2 spring onions, 1 shallot, 1 garlic

Recipe
Step 1: Cut the fresh noodles rolls (banh pho cuon) into square shapes about 3cm*3cm mouth-size.
Step 2: Place pan on stove, add oil until well heating, put each piece of banh pho till turning golden brown. Take out noodles, fry by the oil-absorbing paper. Assemble fried noodles on the serving dish.
Step 3: After cleaning the beef, slice thinly, then marinate with spices concluding soup powder, seasoning powder, 1 little minced garlic. To make beef softer, add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil, mix well. Leave beef being absorbed in 30 minutes before stir-frying.
Stir fry onion and garlic together with cooking oil, add beef and stir with high heat. Sauté until half-cooked, quickly stir. Beef is quick to cooked therefore when beef turn the color, cook some seconds, do not cooked too much to avoid being tough. Then transfer beef into dish.
Step 4: Remove shells of carrots, onions. Cut carrots into flower-shape, cut onions into wedges. Cut green brassica into short lengths.
Stir the onion, garlic with oil till releasing the flavor, season a little seasoning powder. Then add beef to the pan to sauté together. Season and taste spices. Also add spring onions and MSG.
Finally, turn off the heat. Assemble fried beef vegetables into dish. Now, time to enjoy pho chien phong with the crunchy and tasty fried vegetables.
