Thit Xien Nuong Recipe – Vietnamese Grilled Pork Skewer, flavorful and tasty of Hanoi authentic food

Ingredients
- 500 grams pork meat
- 30gr fresh galangal
- 2 cloves lemongrasses
- Coriander seeds: 10 grams
- 5gr turmeric roots
- 50 grams sugar

- 10 ml soy sauce
- Fried white sesame

Step 1.
Remove shells of turmeric roots, galangal and lemongrass. Thinly chopped all of them then place to grinder then grind together with coriander seeds. Many people use grinder to pound the mixture. However, runcooking.com recommends you should pound by hand to make the meat have amazing fragrance.
Step 2.
To get the tasty thit xien nuong and it is not be dried, bacon or lean shoulder are the best choices. After buying, clean them, then slice into small and long pieces to skewer easily.
Step 3.
Use the minced spices mixture in Step 1 with soy sauce and lemon juice to marinate meat. Wear gloves and well mix meat to be absorbed all sides with spices. Step 4
